You'll work as part of a tight crew to load, drive, and unload — making sure everything arrives in perfect condition. No prior experience required — we train from day one. Advancement opportunities to Foreman and leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
🚛 Safe Driving
- Operate 26ft moving trucks in LA traffic
- Pre/post trip vehicle inspections
- Follow all safety protocols
📦 Loading & Unloading
- Carefully load and secure items
- Wrap furniture with blankets & shrink wrap
- Use dollies, ramps, and straps properly
🤝 Customer Service
- Professional, friendly demeanor
- Walkthrough with customer at pickup & delivery
- Address concerns promptly
Requirements
🛡️ Background Check
Criminal history, driving record, employment verification, reference checks.
🪪 Driver's License
Valid license, clean record, minimum 2 years driving experience preferred.
💪 Physical Fitness
Lift 50+ lbs regularly, work on feet all day, comfortable with stairs and weather.
⭐ Attitude
Reliable, punctual, team player. Strong customer service skills. Problem solver.
